A mischievous 90-year-old man, deemed a ne’er-do-well by many, sets his sights on winning a coveted prize: the title of the oldest living person in the town where he was born, coinciding with its centennial celebration. Homeless and down on his luck, he sees this opportunity as his ticket to a lifetime of security-free housing, medical care, food, and a generous cash sum. But, there’s a catch: he must outlive the five individuals older than him to claim the prize.
